If you’re ordering a half, quarter or 10kg pack we will need to sell the rest of the animal before we can process it. It usually doesn’t take long. We need a minimum 12 people to process an animal for 10kg packs. If you’re ordering a whole animal we can book it in for processing straight away.
Once booked in with the butcher we will be in touch to give you a date when your meat will be ready, which is usually 3-4 weeks away, depending on how busy our butcher is plus hanging time. Once ready, we welcome you to collect the meat from the farm or we can deliver it within the Southern Highlands.
