As each animal is different, we don’t know the exact weight until we collect the meat from the butcher and weigh it. We can then provide you with an invoice with an exact price which is payable by cash or credit card on delivery/pickup or bank transfer prior to pickup.

Our beef is processed to order. It comes packed into portions and labelled. We welcome you to collect your meat from the farm at a pre-arranged time, alternatively we can deliver it within the Southern Highlands ($15 flat delivery fee within 20km of Moss Vale. $15 plus $2/km beyond 20km from Moss Vale as far as Picton Rd, Robertson and Tallong).
