Slow roast lamb shoulder
Slow roast a whole lamb shoulder for delicious melt in the mouth lamb.
Ingredients
- 2 kg lamb shoulder
- 1 tbspn olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 orange juiced

Instructions
Preheat oven to 150C. Place the lamb in a roasting pan. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with paprika, cinnamon and cumin. Season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle stock, wine and orange juice around lamb. Cover with foil. Bake for 2 1/2 hours. Spoon pan juices over lamb. Cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour or until lamb is almost falling off the bone.
