Sticky Asian Beef
A super easy and tasty dish for the family.
Ingredients
- 1 kg chuck steak
- 1/4 cup corn flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar adjust to taste
- 1 cup grated carrot
Ingredients

Instructions
Slice steak into strips & place in zip lock bag with cornflour. Shake to coat steak.
Add all ingredients to slow cooker, stir to coat in sauce.
Cook on high 2-3 hours or low 4-5 hours.
Serve with greens & rice or noodles.
